We’re Leon and Sharon Mundey — a husband-and-wife team, and owners of Peak Growth ltd.
We have over 25 years of business experience, including several years spent building and running our own business coaching and training company.
Throughout our careers, we’ve led teams, tackled real-world challenges, and gained a deep understanding of what it takes to run a dependable, people-focused business.
Now, we’re looking for our next chapter: acquiring an established business where we can bring our experience, care, and long-term commitment to its future.
Through our business coaching company, we’ve had the privilege of working with more than 200 businesses across a range of sectors. That experience has given us a strong understanding of what makes a well-run company thrive.
