Programme Aim
To provide the very best business education and coaching support to the most ambitious businesses.
Objectives
By the end of this programme delegates will:
• Understand their personal motivations and drivers.
• Be able to define a clear strategy for their business.
• Be able to design organisational structures and processes, for fast and efficient execution of strategy.
• Have developed resilience.
• Establish habits and routines, to enhance personal and team efficiency and ‘execution capabilities’.
• Identify future ‘growth opportunities’ and be able to set clear targets.
• Be equipped with the skills, discipline, and entrepreneurial passion to grow their business and their team as fast, and as smartly as possible.

The Programme Ethos
Many Courses or programmes about "scaling" complicate things
The ultimate efficiency hack is the "Pareto effect" - 20% of efforts yield 80% of results - in most cases.
This programme is committed to identifying the 20% and doing it in the most efficient way
Programme Focus & Delivery
Programme focus will be on a ‘Scaling Up Methodology’, particularly around areas of:
• Leadership • People • Strategy • Execution
The learning will be delivered in a ‘blended’ manner, including 4 x in person class room sessions, facilitated peer-to-peer support, and remote 1 to 1 coaching.
The Four Classroom Training Days
Will include the following content under their respective headings.
Training sessions have been designed to be engaging, experiential and impactful.

Leadership
Personal drivers, habits, mindset, communication, extraordinary leadership, leading change, building high-performing teams.

Strategy
Industry analysis, core purpose and values, customer focus, long-term and short-term targets, value proposition, strategic planning.

People
Roles & KPIs, hiring and retaining the right people, team development, high-performance culture, organisational structure, accountability, effective delegation.

Execution
Company diagnostics, corporate identity, meeting rhythm, priorities and focus, performance metrics and dashboards.
Peer-to-peer support
During the months when no ‘training’ is taking place, a Peer-to-Peer Network will bring the cohort back together to maintain developmental momentum. Dates will be diarised with delegates during the first classroom session. Each of these ‘virtual’ sessions, will be 2 hours in duration, and make use of an ‘action learning set’ methodology to provide continued personal development, secure delegate’s personal accountability, and a commitment to action.
One-to-one
support
This will involve four x 1 to 1 ‘coaching’ sessions. Each ‘virtual’ session will be 1 hour in duration and is intended to help address the key barriers to success. Dates will be diarised with delegates during the first classroom session. Coaching is just one of a range of interventions that organisations can use to meet identified learning and development needs. The coaching will be a non-directive form of development, focusing on improving performance and developing the individual. It should not be confused with ‘mentoring’ in the workplace, which tends to be a relationship where a more experienced colleague, shares their greater knowledge, in order to support the development of an inexperienced member of staff. Personal factors may be included, but the emphasis will be on performance at work.
