What is the Executive Peer Group?
A private programme for owners, Managing Directors and CEOs
of businesses turning over £1m to £50m.
You meet six times a year in south Lincolnshire with a small group of peers. Alongside the group
meetings, each member has one-to-one coaching and cash flow analysis.
It is built around three things:
• Honest conversation with people who understand the role and the pressure.
• Protected time to work on the business, not just in it.
• Accountability that keeps you moving between meetings.

A small, carefully chosen group. Eight to ten members, so everyone gets airtime and trust builds quickly.

Expert facilitation. The group is lead by coaches with board-level backgrounds.

Three online, one-to-one coaching sessions a year.

Three hours of private coaching, shaped around you and your business.

It isn’t a networking group or a place to promote your business. It is a confidential working group.
Investment
£8,000 a year for the full programme: six meetings, three coaching sessions and two Cash Flow Story assessments.
That is around £667 a month.
Fees are quoted before VAT, where applicable.
