best places to begin.

Executive Peer Group

A private group of 8 to 10 owners and MDs. Six meetings a year, plus one-to-one coaching and cash flow analysis.

Leadership Team Programme

A 12 to 24 month programme for the whole leadership team, with quarterly planning sessions and one-
to-one coaching for the MD.

DISC Assessments

A one-day team workshop to improve communication and self-awareness.
